More specifically we are authorised to provide guidance and robust effective finance solutions. These range from creating and tailoring bespoke deals for corporate entities on development or business projects, to raising finance or purchasing on a residential or buy to let property.
All the team have many years experience in the banking and financial services sector and extensive knowledge of all lenders and their financial product offerings. This ensures that Adaptive Money can provide a cost effective and timely solution to all your property finance needs.
Sarah has a wealth of experience within the financial services arena – working as a Mortgage Adviser at a financial advice practice prior to establishing a mortgage department, to holding numerous National Account roles for a variety of specialist lenders including Kensington Mortgages and the Scarborough Building Society. Prior to establishing the business Sarah was the National Account Manager and managed a National team at Invocas Financial offering a range of debt solution products.
Karen has always worked in the Financial Services Industry starting her career at Natwest where she went on to become a branch manager. She has had a plethora of senior roles including latterly Dedicated Mortgage Adviser/ Financial Adviser to National Account Manager. The more recent years were as an Account Manager for various Mortgage lenders including all specialist types of lenders. These lenders were TMW, Kensington and the Divisional Manager at Investec managing a National team of Business Development Managers. Since then Karen has been part of Adaptive Money for the past 7 years since establishing the business.
